Mr. June, thank you for everything you did to make Darkest Dungeon 1 and 2 such a special game. Rest in Peace.
This is the second of two posters I had custom made, which I eventually managed to get signed by Wayne June, the voice of the narrator for Darkest Dungeon 1 and 2. It was hard to track down contact information for Mr. June. But I persisted, and eventually I got a response to the email I sent him. I told him how much I appreciated the voice work he did in Darkest Dungeon and that I felt his contribution added more to the game than any other game I have played. I asked him if he would sign these two posters which I had custom printed. I made no special requests for him to put anything other than his signature. You can imagine my surprise when I opened when I opened the package and found he had included two quotes from the games. And one of them is my single favorite line from the entire series (Line 2). Mr. June passed away today, so I felt it was a good time to share this.
