TS-11

This is based loosely on the ALCO RS-11 locomotive. It is a basic diesel-electric road-switcher, made specifically for branch-line switching and moderate mainline work. As with all things TCP, this will talk to other locomotive units, and can be used as a powerpack in other consists.
