Extra Trait: Bioluminescent

Adds a new trait to the game that makes duplicants glow in the dark.

• New Trait: Bioluminescent
  
• Trait is available in all game versions
  
• Same Rarity as "Glowstick", use DSS to easily add it to new dupes
  
• Glow color of both traits (Bioluminescent and Glowstick) can be adjusted in the dupe sidescreen
  
• New Consumable: Biolumin Essence - crafted at the molecular forge from a shinebug egg and a vaccilator recharge; allows adding the trait to new dupes

Make also sure you do NOT have the mod "Debug Console // by @Ony 👾" enabled as it breaks the game internally and makes the log useless for debugging!

(remove ony mod manager and) install Mod Updater!
This problem is caused by a rare mod extraction bug that gets massively amplified by ony mod manager.
