To get this achievement, you must demolish every pillar and beam in the store, including STORAGE ROOM and ADMIN ROOM.
After that, you must end the day.
I don't think you have to clean up every piece of it because the pieces can fall outside the store (right side) where you can't possibly clean it.
If the achievement didn't pop out, you must check every corner and ceiling on every room.
I had to clean up the debris inside and outside the store (excluding storage room) to get this achievement.
