C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 Inquisitor - Martyr\UI\menu

Small version of the portraits (seen the rest of the time) are in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 Inquisitor - Martyr\UI\BATTLE_UI\Main\party

Use GIMP (free image editing software) to edit the portraits.
