[B42] HL2 Male Citizen Voice

Adds the male citizen from HL2, voiced by John Patrick Lowrie, as a player voice.

Includes lines for most voiced interactions/events in the game. Uses lines from the retail version of Half-Life 2 and its episodes, the 2003 beta and a handful of lines from Team Fortress 2's Sniper (mostly grunts and screams).

I know there's another mod for HL2 voices in the Workshop, but by the time I noticed it was there, I was almost done with my mod, so I decided to go ahead and publish it anyway. The other mod has a Metrocop voice, anyway, so if you're looking for that, check it out here.
