the Cottonmouth PD are the local law enforcement for the city of Cottonmouth and their affiliation with the Project is debatable, as Leo possibly lied to Daniel about the Projects power (though they'd probably just end up in the projects clutches anyway). the police show up in red light brutalizing a Red Kings member before patrolling the area, the police's last appearance is in Domestic Disturbance as they hunt Daniel with the assistance of SWAT personnel (they're next)
