Ok so how does this work?
when taokaka maxes out the potential for her skill she gains the ability to spin infinitely. this combined with dancing edge and the triple dash potentials also gives her the ability to dash infinitely in any direction. Since taokakas skill is a constantly active hitbox around herself she's able to permanently stunlock ANY enemy she comes across while moving at mach 10 speed guaranteeing none of them can ever hit her. by itself it's damage output is already good but by focusing on tactics that grant skill damage and trigger on dashes her damage output can become absolutely disgusting very quickly. best of all is it's extremely easy to play... all you need to do is spam dash and attack while in your ball form.

its only issue is that you usually take alot of damage during bossfights since its hard to control. but you kill them all so fast this only really comes into play against reki and susanoo.
PART 1: Potentials
Potential priority in order:
All skill potentials (maxing it out gives the infinite spin)
triple dash potential
All dancing edge potentials.
All dash potentials.
almost becoming two! (VERY important to grab once bosses start getting chunkier.)

its not a run killer if you dont get the dash pots as you can still do pretty well with just the infini-spin. both the dash and dancing edge pots are good to grab early for ease of clearing rooms but you should really be searching for those skill pots.

Never take any potentials for these skills if possible:
heavy strike
falling cat!
attack meow pow!
fervant kaka knock!
watch your feet!

watch your feet and kaka knock both have potentials with decent synergy (kaka kitten assist and bombs) for our build but aren't worth taking until you've gotten everything else.
PART 2: Evotypes
any evotype works honestly. you'll be spinning so much you'll rarely ever use legacy skills. The best ones however are those that passively buff your damage in some way or have summoning/buffing skills you can use right before you start spinning.

heres some good choices:

KOKONOE: her passive is basically gonna have 100% uptime with this build.
RAGNA: making precise movements in the ball is difficult even with infinite dashes. so you'll often take alot of damage during bossfights which makes his passive quite good.
ES: you'll be spamming dashes 24/7 so you'll probably dodge alot without realizing it triggering her passive
JIN: same as ES but with a legacy skill that can stun bosses.
ICEY: legacy skill is all about buffs and she passively boosts your damage.
RACHEL: free healing and the frog can take aggro.
PART 3: Tactics
try to focus on Ice and try to get the skill damage tactic and frost burst tactic. taokakas skill hits VERY fast which stacks up cold very quickly triggering the burst. the slow is also really useful against bosses.

beyond that pretty much anything that gives skill damage, triggers on dash, or triggers when taking a hit is good. stay away from rend since you wont be pushing enemies around much.
PART 4: Implants, buffs, covenants, black markets.
for implants they should be:
Exhilaration
Bloodthirst
Domination
Indestructible
Blooming vigor OR defensive combo
Giant slayer

normal spaces will be cleared so effortlessly that healing implants lose alot of their value. So its best to focus entirely on implants that improve damage and help against bosses. replace bloodthirst with the ice tactics implant if you want more consistency. also if your playing with 2 less potential options I recommend taking potential discovery. bad rng can ruin you

as for buffs you should keep an eye out for these ones:
Skill damage increased
chance damage boost
killstreak speedup
Combo HP recovery
Combo vulnerability
speedrun reward (this ones especially good)
perfect reward
airborne damage boost

the only covenant I've seen that is really good for this is the one that gets rid of the CD for dash triggers. however if it gives decreased ground or air damage don't bother.

the best black market effects are the ones that give boosts on perfect clear. besides these two don't take any other black market buffs that take too much max HP since you'll need it for bossfights.
thats it bye bye!
