The HHK [Barebones] TCP 1.3 Electric Shunter No.23 was put together from bits and pieces from the HHK MCS B-16u Flatcar, due to needs for shunters. The railcars are cut apart and put together, with the electronics, controls, and batteries welded inside, and are programmed with TCP 1.3.

It has TCP 1.3 compatibility, but it has only minimalist controls. The low-floor was thickened, and two wheels welded to the chassis, pushed along by two medium motors. It should be easy to get used to controlling it.

Operations

It should not be that hard. It's does not have much features on it.

Staring the locomotive :
- Get in the cab by unlocking the door
- Go to the control board and request master
- Wait for the indicator to turn green
- Lock Master through the flip switch

Accessing the Electric Control Panel :
- Turn the 'Power Management Box' key
- Wait for the door to open
Inside the Power Management Box, you can :
- Recharge the batteries
- Manage Power with the electric breakers

Releasing the Brakes [manually] :
- Find the 'Manual Brakes Release' key
- Turn the key

Optional things to do:
- Fold up/down seat
- Use the Engine Bay door to see the engine and generator
- Use the emergency battery power and fuel when needed
