Named after its resemblance to the edge of a piece of a jigsaw puzzle, this wire has the curious property of temporary self-lubrication under high tensile stress—that is to say, pull on it hard enough and it'll get all slimy until you lose your grip and let go. Often used for pranks and magic tricks.
