STEPS:

1. Make sure to set your Ingame Settings right! -> Mic Input Gain means: higher value = higher saturation (oversaturate)
-> Mic Voice Detection: Ingame in the Lobby your mic is everytime open! Actually you havnt any way to mute them, but to have a kind of noice canceling you can use that settings

2. Set your right Mic on Windows! -> Open System Control
-> Follow the steps on the picture.

3. Set your right Mic in STEAM!
-> Settings
-> Voice Chat
->CHoose your mic and make sure you test it
