The map has been updated with new areas :D
So far I've seen

Nuts, Fish and Blueberries at "Candlewood National Park" as well as the trash minigame

Cotton at "Black Stump" as well as the Hide and seek with Luca

Fish and Silk thread by feeding the Caterpillar like guys (they can eat any food and the apple core trash! I've tried some different ones and they don't seem to have a preference) at "Pinecone Falls" and a wishing well

Yellow Daffodils, Red Poppies, Chili, Olives, Clams, Fish and an Herb (1) at "Pebblewick" and you can trade milk for cheese, and there's the bee roundup here too and a Pie shop with a serving minigame, I also saw the trash minigame here, maybe even a pizza place with a serving minigame? (I haven't gotten far enough for that shop to open yet)

Clam and Fish at "Sandystone Port" with hide and seek and a fruit or veggie swap for cocoa beans

Olives, Herbs and Grapes at "Casa Di Conte" and there's bee roundup, as well as a wishing well
