1. First, you will need to download Gmpublisher.[github.com] Simply scroll down the page and find this download button.



2. There, select the version that matches your pc type. I have a Windows computer so I will choose the first option, but if you have a Mac you'd choose that and so on.



3. Once you've opened the app and got logged in, find "installed addons".




4. Now click the addon that contains the model(s) you want. I'll be using this Codename: Kids Next Door playermodel pack I found because why not?




5. This will open up a lot of stuff, simply click the big blue "extract" button at the top.



6. When this pops up, click browse.



7. Then choose where you want your files to go. I usually just throw everything in SFM's usermod usermod, but you can make your own folder if you want. You can learn more about that on other guides and forums though.
