Click the icon in the bottom right a couple of times, until the screen turns black.

Set these parameters:

• Throttle - 4%
  
• Reverser - full forward
  
• Heat - 100%
  
• Water - (wait 2-3 seconds) max
  
• Starter - max fwd (spacebar)

Hold the spacebar until the wheel starts spinning. Now you can just wait for the speed.
When you are close to 4000RPM, you can start gradually increasing the throttle (7+scroll) to about 5%. Anything more than 6% will decrease the performance

With this setup, you should be able to achieve about 4035 RPM.

You can also try with different amounts of throttle and water (3+scroll), to achieve the highest speed.
