It turns out that in weapon scripts can change models to any available in the game itself, in addition to everything else, the model will simulate the properties and sometimes prescribed animation, physics and sounds

The most important thing I noticed is that the animation will only play if you first pick up an AK47 or an M16 and only then immediately select the right thing, in this case it's pills and adrenaline. Just a funny addon and experiments on scripts, if anything, just ignore it hehe
