Running this with the dev version of ACE and some idea groups are doubled-up.

If anyone has the same issue, check if you have "Better Escanni Trade Goods" and turn it off

Upon thorough investigation we found this was not a compatch problem :steamhappy:

I think homebrew (and by extension this mod) prevents kryzzar from appearing in dostanor, leaving the area as uncolonized
