Introduction
(DISCLAIMER. I DO NOT ENDORSE ANY OF THESE ACTIONS NOR DO I DO THEM MYSELF, WELL ASIDE FROM A BIT OF CAR AND MONARCH BUT THAT'S BECAUSE I SUCK. DO NOT USE HACKS IF YOU HAVE ANY INTEGRITY AS A HUMAN BEING. THIS IS JUST FOR FUN, ENJOY)

Titanfall 2 is almost a decade old, and to this day has a dedicated community of players that keep the game alive. Due to the game's cult-like following, opinions and information within the community spread quickly. This includes a communal distaste for certain strategies and playstyles.

Our goal is to trigger that distaste as much as possible.

With this guide, multiple strategies to achieve this goal will be outlined, some of which may be combined for a greater effect.

so without further ado, let's begin:
Chat Toxicity
This one is not always effective by itself, but it is easily attached onto any other strategy.
I consider chat toxicity to be a bonus onto the total amount of frustration caused. Alone, it doesn't do much unless your opponents are very thin-skinned, but when combined with obnoxious or unfair kills, for example, it can do wonders to amplify the amount of hatred your opponent feels towards you.

Here's an example:
You have been running around all game killing people by execution. (annoying in and of itself)
You AMPLIFY this annoyance by typing something stupid like "so ez" every time.

I'm annoyed already thinking of being in a game with this mf.

Even whilst playing normally, just using chat to make malicious fun of people as well as typing "ggez" after every win will at least cause some frustration.

It is important to never admit your own failures. Just be arrogant, proud, stubborn, etc. and give your haters no quarter. Doesn't even matter how stupid you sound. Just ragebait.
Semi-Hated 'Weapons'
These weapons may not always cause rage on their own, but they have a decent chance to when you have been killing a specific person the same way all game.

a. The CAR. This weapon is just OP with zero recoil and a low TTK. Many players already consider this gun a crutch for low-skill players, but if you manage to dominate you will certainly see chat messages along the lines of "Didn't know a G10 needed CAR to get kills". This is an insult to us, meaning we have successfully provoked our enemy. :)

b. The Kraber. Yes, this is a high skill weapon. To generate rage with it, you need to either be a quickscope god, or a dirty camper. Angel City and Colony are great to camp in, so long as you maintain situational awareness and have good accuracy. The best part about dominating with this weapon is that the opponent HAS to give you props for your skill. I have never seen anyone call a dominant kraber player low skill without getting clowned.

c. Melee. Many players dislike the choice Respawn made to make melee a OHKO. Indeed, it can be very frustrating to see all your hard work (of aiming, tracking, hitting your opponent) become meaningless as the enemy jumps towards you and presses one button for a kill. This is made even better by the melee jank present in the game, as often the first one to press melee will die. Use Grapple or Cloak for some easy surprise attacks.
P.S. Us high-ping players hate melee more than anything.
Monarch
The Monarch titan is a little bit OP. It can regen shields, reload fast, has a great primary, and can upgrade itself. If you get it to the last stage, it becomes almost unstoppable (and can have more health than a Legion). A few games ago I encountered a Ronin player who took pleasure in teabagging only the monarch users in the lobby. That demonstrates the public opinion of this titan.

However, Monarch is also quite common and due to this, often unlikely to cause vitriol by itself. You may need to dominate the match and stay in your titan to see good results.
Spitfire A-Wall Camping
The Spitfire is already a bit overpowered. Decent accuracy, massive ammo capacity, and high damage with a good effective range. People already get annoyed when they see a spitfire (or they did back in 2019, when spitfire was considered a cheese gun). Why don't we add an A-wall to the mix to increase the spitfire's already high damage?

This strategy works great on maps with somewhat isolated rooftops, windows or corridors.
You simply set up your A-Wall in a place where people are unlikely to flank you, and go ham with the spitfire. Any unsuspecting Pilots entering your LOS will die quickly, and you are mostly immune to damage from the front. A great recipe for cultivating frustration.

However, this strategy has weaknesses. The most prevalent is the frag grenade. Any decent player should be able to line a throw up to get behind your wall. You will have to run away, putting you out in the open, where the enemy will fire on you. The only prevention to this is killing the enemy before they can throw, which can be made easy if they choose to cook their frag in the open, but it is not always successful.

The best spot I know for this strat is the tall wrecked building at one end of Boomtown. The wrecked part is high enough to make frags hard to land, as well as unnoticable to Pilots on the ground. It also takes a while to get around the building for a flanking attack.

Oh, and Titans will make short work of your A-Wall and may even be able to kill you behind it (NS cluster missile comes to mind). Be careful.

Teabagging
Everyone knows this one. Just do it whenever you get a kill. Bonus points if it was a cheap kill or a surprise attack. This means bonus points for:
- camping
- obviously extremely lucky frags
- melees and executions
- northstar cross-map snipe
- ejected pilot snipes
etc.

You may also consider the scenario in which you get killed whilst tbagging. It can go either way - either the enemy considers themselves avenged (not good), or the enemy considers you so dedicated to insulting them you don't care if you die (pretty good). Up to you if you want to let this happen or not.
Execution Farming
Executions are obnoxious and flashy by design. I love them. So long as I see MY character doing them.

The long animation is like a celebration of your victory. It rubs your kill in the face of your enemy, especially if they watch the kill replay and see it twice. All you have to do to get one is press a button behind an enemy. Not hard.

To get executions more easily, I advise using Cloak to be less noticable in the enemy's peripheral. Go for wide flanks around the map, keeping an eye on the minimap to see where the action is.

As for a specific choice of execution, I think the most annoying is the Pulse Blade one. Jumping up on your enemy's shoulders to stab them in the face is so extra. The grapple 'curb check' one is also good, especially because you need to have gotten 75 execs to even unlock it. It showcases your love of annoying people.
Smart Pistol
The smart pistol doesn't really belong in a pvp game. It essentially removes aim from the equation. Plus, you get a total of what, 24 shots? That's potentially 8 pilot kills.

It is so so cheap to get kills with. There is a high chance of chat lighting up with your victims' comments. Just say "get better", and feel the weight of your sins on your back. Amazing.

This was even worse in Titanfall 1, when it was a MAIN WEAPON. I know I used it. I couldn't kill anyone otherwise.

Considering that it is a boost, and goes away when you die, this weapon is actually not that prominent. If you want to maximise your time with it, drop your titan as soon as it's ready and then self destruct, to get working on the pilot meter again. Added points for throwing the match.
Leaving the game
This is a very dirty one. I don't like it as much as the others, because it makes the enemy team's lives' easier. It is up to you if you think your team's suffering outweighs the increase in enjoyment of the other team.

This strategy works best by itself, or with just a bit of toxicity. If you leave the game after being hated, both teams will probably be happy and find some common ground to love each other. We don't want that. Instead, just start by blaming your team. Even if you're only 8 points behind. Just complain and insult some teammates, then leave. Hopefully it causes a chain reaction where everyone else starts to leave as the game gets more and more unfair.

You are unlikely to ever see the results of this one, so just find intrinsic motivation to ruin other people's games.
Hacking
This is GUARANTEED to ruin matches. Go and get some russian malware and come back with 50 kill games.

Bonus points for saying "go ahead report me". So cancer. The more arrogant you are the better.

(the above quote was sourced from a hack user "IIIIIIIIIII". ♥♥♥♥ you IIIIIIIII.)
The End
Thank you for reading. Go, my brave soldier, and spread hate and ignorance into this world.

Something something about a TED talk.

My personal favorite is hitting the lobby with a "gg 2 ez" after any win, the closer the game the better. Never fails to get at least one person angry af

didn't even mention tone or the actual reason monarch is unbearable (being able to completely kill your sensitivity and ability to react to anything at any time and any range as long as they have line of sight)

Fast Regen, Stim, and cooking Frag grenades is a very effective way to piss people off. Its a hate force multiplier to using the CAR, EPG, Kraber, ect.

Monarch is not OP. Play dirty as a Tone or become godlike with Ronin. If you play Monarch like a bitch people can only get angry at their teammates or themselves for not applying enough pressure. Tone or Ronin just forces the harsh reality of their hopeless situation upon them.

Kraber seems like a high skill weapon because 9/10 people don't have an eidetic memory and don't realize some people have built-in tracers. It's like- was Gojo a high skill sorcerer just because he was born with some hacks? It's a really common trait and a lot of people don't even realize they have it and assume everyone is like that. It's not especially useful. Kraber takes like 2 shots to learn for a very large number of people. For them it's not any different than shooting with hitscan. They just see where the things are going to go. So it's not any higher skill than any other one tapper. If anything, it's lesser-skilled than the shotguns that actually have a limit on their range.
