Found within the Files; seems to be an additional 2D game. Very recent so I'll update this Guide ASAP when need-be, just wanted to get this out quickly to let people know about the find.

nvm maybe i should have just finished the normal game first before snooping around files
this is accessible within the main game, by searching the term "ENDLESS NIGHTMARE" at the top and clicking start.

To find that term out yourself without spoiler, get to the credits by finishing the 3rd Level
(OLD) ACCESSING THE FILE.
Browse Local Files

1. Right Click on the Game in your Library, go to "Manage" and choose "Browse local files"

2. Open the "NGOD_2DACT" Folder

3. Run the NGOD_2dACT.exe and enjoy!

Note that you can pick your language with the W/S buttons for up and down, and press "J" for Enter!
