Надеюсь вы знаете как их активировать через официальный сайт с помощью аккаунта и выданных кодов самих дополнений

Дополнения не грузятся из за устаревших сертификатов, для этого мы просто возьмем новые из новых частей игры, а именно из 19 или 22 года

Для этого скачайте Trainz Simulator New Era 19 или 22 года, дальше в файлах игры найдите папку certificates, после найдите ту же папку в Trainz Simulator 12 года, перекиньте все файлы с заменой с 19 или 22 в 12 Trainz

После зайдите в игру, выберите менеджер дополнений и нажмите загрузить заново дополнения, если пошла загрузка значит всё в порядке и ждите его окончания

После окончания проверьте депо, есть ли там новые поезда из дополнений

То есть вы поняли, дело просто в сертификатах, новые работают, старые нет, этого достаточно если что пойдет не так самому все заменить
