The "Eugene Would Be Proud" Achievement seems to be bugged, but you can still obtain it!

How it works

First, you need to complete the research while playing in Career mode. It won't work in Challenge mode or from the main menu—only in Career mode.

Finished Game

If you've already finished Career mode, you can reset your save. To do this, go to the following folder:

%USERPROFILE%/Saved Games/Frontier Developments/Planet Coaster 2

and delete the file named "player".

After that, you’ll need to play through Career mode again and complete the research.

Tips

You don't need make all the stars to get this achievement. So you can do only the minimum for unlock the chapter 4 and complete the research.

I can confirm that it works now by loading an old career map savegame! :)

Since the latest update you can unlock this research by opening a old career map and it should unlock the achievement. It worked for me.
