Part 1 - movement
To start your great journey in counter-strike 2 and become the greatest noob in history first thing you need to master is the movement. You first must only press one key at a time when moving. Pressing multiple keys for directions is just too confusing and unecesairely complicates the entire movement system of the Source 2 engine.

W - Forward
A - Left
D - Right
S - Backward
SPACE - Jump
SHIFT - slow walk *(IGNORE for noob player)*
CTRL/ALT - Crouch

These are the basic walk keys in Counter-Strike 2. Make sure to never press more than one at any time. doing so makes the game complicated, hard, and actually puts you at a disadvantage due to higher latency that occurs.

Part 2 - communication
For this part of the Noob tutorial we will learn what it is that you need to do in terms of comunicating with your team.

1. Do not use a microphone

2. Do not write in text to team (Keybind u)

3. ONLY TEXT TO TEAM via keybind i.
This is a more open way of messaging your entire team. It is also recommended that as noob you go and text via i and write out every single position of your teamates. Why? So that your team is always aware of everyone's location and can make better adjustments in their own position and game.

Who said noobs have to be entirely bad.

Part 3 - combat
Combat is a key aspect of Counter-Strike 2. Even the name suggests that you have to strike your opponents.

So to truly embody the noob player you have to think about what weapons you are using.

Negev - MUST BUY

mp9/mac10 - always buy

AWP - should buy if you can afford

AUG/SSG - ANOTHER MUST BUY

With the weapons listed above you should never buy anything else because it just sucks and are not only too complicated and hard to use but also are not as versatile and friendly as the negev or the little big mac.

When buying these weapons you should always sprint right through a friendly or enemy smoke and attempt to shoot at anyone you see as you exit.

Another great strategy is to buy one of these weapons and immediately rush mid, short, or any of the sites regardles on which side you are on aka T/CT. Sprinting in and rushing is a great way to attack your enemy and will always catch them off guard and offer you free kills.

Because who said noobs can't be helpful ^u^

ps - just because you die one or twice rushing doesn't mean you should stop. remember 99% of gamblers quit before the big win.
Part 4 - Utility/armour
BUY FLASHBANG AND THROW IN FRONT OF ALLY AT ALL TIME.

Flashbangs blind the enemy, ally and YOU. If you can't see them they can't see you. Same logic goes for your team. If they are blinded they wont see the enemy nor can they see them.

PRETTY OBVIOUS duh...

each round always buy the maximum amount of flashbangs (x2) and whenever the enemy is about to push your team or your team is in a crucial moment within the game always throw the flash at their feet, preferably slightly in front of their view to get the maximum effect. With this no other utlity is ever needed and is just a waste of money.

When it comes to armour you should also never buy it because you could spend that extra $650-$1000 on a weapon or flashbang instead on some piece of armour that only slows you down. You will die either way since you are noob so no point anyway.
