Tips

In case you still might want to find the bears on your own, but need some help, here's a few "spoiler-free" hints!

There is one bear in each room of the house (the rooms are all listed in the journal). This includes both hallways. There is, however, no bear in the upstairs bathroom
There are 2 bears in front of the house, before you enter
There are no bears in the basement area. This includes the maze, and the ritual area

Car Bear

This bear is not collectible, and he has no achievement tied to him

Outside (Cosmic Bear & Werebear)

Before you enter the house, there are two bears to collect. One is to the right, in the front of the shack

To the left of the house, you will find another bear in the food bowl next to the dog house

Hall (Frankenbear)

This bear is located on the key rack to the right of the hallway when you first enter the house

Living Room (Vampire Bear)

This bear is located in a drawer under the TV

Dining Room (Salvation Bear)

This bear can be a little hard to see. He is nestled in between several boxes to the right of the mirror

Kitchen (Ghost Bear)

This one can be rough if you choose where to look wrong. There are about a bajillion cupboards you can open in the kitchen, and none of them have bears.

Simply open the microwave, and find your ready-to-eat bear inside

Restroom (Mummy Bear)

This bear is hiding in the trash bin to the left of the toilet

Upstairs Hall (Golden Bear)

There's not too many places this one could hide, but it still managed to take me a bit. He's hidden in between the boxes at the top of the stairs

Laundry (Mist Bear)

This one took me an embarrassingly long time to find. You'll find him on the top left of the dryer, hidden behind some shirts

Main Bedroom (Space Bear)

This bear is hidden in plain sight, sitting on the right arm of the chair

Guest Bedroom (Analog Bear)

This bear is underneath the TV, blending in the the VHS player

Sheets Room (Weeping Bear)

This bear is hiding in the drawer next to the door

Office (Husk Bear)

This bear is locked inside of the container sitting on the desk. Open the safe, and you 'll find the key to the container

Storage Room (Collarpill Bear)

This bear is pretty easy to find. Just open the cabinet and you'll find him, plain as day

For future reference, here is a tip regarding the "That's What She Said" achievement: there is a correct path of conversation with your colleague in the car (which explains the title of the achievement), that triggers it.

I got that one when I was skipping through the dialogue at the beginning of the game. Idk what exactly triggers it, but that's how I got it

Thanks for the guide! Do you have any tips for 'That's What She Said' achievement? That's the onIy one I have missed in my first run. I think it's another early ending like the 'leave' and 'accident' ones, yet I don't have a clue.
