A Centaura-inspired worldbuilding project that I've stretched across multiple games. This game is being used to make maps, so I thought I'd share them. I'm working on a lore document, but in the meantime, here's the gist of the story:

In 1903, the Federation of Canisia invaded the Kingdom of Osteva in order to export their revolutionary ideas to the Ostevan peasantry. They experienced initial success, but Osteva received aid from multiple other countries who also hated Canisia. After losing three major battles, the Canisian army was pushed back to the border, and then beyond. The peace deal that followed nearly doubled Osteva in size.
After a military coup which made Osteva a republic, Canisia invaded again, this time to reclaim their lost lands. Little did they know, though, Osteva had signed a secret treaty with the Empire of Norda, the Kingdom of Inara, and the Republic of Letralis. This meant that Canisia was now at war with four different countries, and this would snowball into a global conflict when more nations took sides.
