welcome to my achievement guide for the House Party DLCs. <3
Since the Devs have been known to try out new things in the past, please let me know if dialogue options have changed in newer versions, or if the walkthrough needs a fix.

Somehow the Liz Katz DLC wont show up, when I search for "House Party" in the steam shop. If you have the same problem, look up the Main Game Shop side. It will show you all available DLCs.




How to DLC
You have to select your DLCs in the MAIN MENU!

Click DLC Settings
Now you can select the DLCs that you want to activate

Please be aware that you always have to use a new game file, if you want to play for achievements (even with the holiday decoration DLCs).





A Display Of Affection
For the DLCs we always have to start a new game, since important key-items wont show up, if you load up an old savefile from the main game.

Select Valentines Day Decorations in your DLC Settings

Start a new game as a guy

After you loaded into the house, Valentines Chocolates will automatically be added to your inventory.

It doesnt matter in which order you talk to them, but I always talked to Madison last.

Talk to Frank
  • Im completely sober!

Talk to Derek
  • Thanks for inviting me to the party!
  • Later Derek

Talk to Amy
  • Hey Amy. Its nice to meet you.
  • See you, Amy.

Talk to Stephanie

Give Madison the Valentines chocolates.

Run around in the backyard for a few seconds, then go up into Madisons bedroom. The moment you see the chocolates on her right bedside table, the achievement should pop.

For the DLCs we always have to start a new game, since important key-items wont show up, if you load up an old save file from the main game.

Select Winter Decorations in your DLC Settings

Start a new game as a girl

First we have to talk to everyone, but only Madison, Ashley, Rachael, Katherine and Frank are really important for us to get both Achievements of this DLC.
If youre not going for the "the most wonderful time of the year" achievement afterwards, feel free to speak to them as little as possible.

Talk to Brittney
  • You know Id do anything for you.
  • Sure thing! I cant wait to hang out!

Give Brittney Brittneys shirt.

Talk to Amy
  • Hey Amy. Its nice to meet you!
  • You look pretty pensive. Whats on your mind?
  • I could help you out. Im awesome at finding things!

Talk to Ashley
  • Ashley! So you are the Co-Host of this party?
  • Tell me about the guests of the evening, Ashley.
  • Tell me more about your friends.
  • Yeah, Brittney and I are really close. Shes a cool chick.

Click Ashleys Top from behind and select secure.

Talk to Rachael
  • Nice to meet you Rachael.
  • So whats up? Are you enjoying yourself at the party?
  • Let me talk to him. I can figure this misunderstanding out.

Talk to Derek
  • Of course! Thats what friends are for.

Talk to Stephanie
  • Nice to meet you Stephanie!
  • You look like youre havin fun.
  • Hmm Ill see what I can do. Whats in it for me through?

Talk to Patrick

  • Wow, the place looks really festive, Madison. But you dont look very merry?
  • Wow that sounds really special! Why dont you hang it up?
  • I cant help. Tis the season to be nice after all...

Talk to Frank
  • Madison wants to hang a mistetoe decoration, but I need to find something strong enough to hang it from.

Take the Step Stool from the garage (behind the table)

Take the SD-Card from the desk in the study

Take the Camera from Madisons bedroom

Open your inventory (i), select the SD-Card and combine it with the camera.

Talk to Madison
  • I found a way to hang up your mistletoe decoration. Where is it?

Make a little save here and call it "Ball Event" or something.
(Just to make sure that everything works out)

Give Frank the Step Stool
  • Ive got it right here.

Run to the Gazebo.

When the power goes out go to the Gazebos Fuse Box on the right. Its on the outside next to the power outlets.
Click on it and select Reset Fuse

Open your inventory (i), click on the camera and select "take photo" and take a picture of Frank.

Talk to Frank while hes still at the Gazebo
If the achievement wont pop cause hes stuck in an older dialogue, talk to him again.

Run back inside, hope that Leah isnt around and grab the Thermos from the cabinet.

Go into Madisons Bathroom, take the Painkillers from behind the door.

Give the painkillers to Patrick.

Talk to Patrick
  • You should watch out for Frank.
  • How the hell to you even have a bottle of wine with Frank around?

Talk to Frank when Leah and Patrick are not around
  • Patricks got a bottle of wine! Hes been shoving it down his pants to hide it from you!

After Frank runs off, grab the Thermos from the cabinet.

Give the Thermos to Rachael when Frank and Leah are not around
  • Frank doesnt scare me. Have you seen my Biceps?

Talk to Rachael
  • Hey do you think I could get your phone number so we can chat sometime?

  • Trust me, Ive heard it all. You can confide in me.
  • Well, that sounds awesome. Your friend seems really cool.

Talk to Ashley
  • Youre Madisons sister? I never would have guessed. Youre way hotter than she is.
  • Whats the deal with you and Madison anyway?
  • See you later, Ashley!

Go into the spare bedroom upstair and take the pencil from the desk under the bed.

Go into the study and take the paper from the desk.

Make sure Madison is not in her bedroom.

Go into Madisons bathroom and take her phone.

Go into Madisons bedroom, use the paper with the book (where you found the camera), then use the pencil with it.

Go into Madisons closet. If she is in the room, close the closet-doors. Open up the safe on the left in the back and take her diary.

Talk to Katherine
  • Do you know anything about hacking phones?
  • Lets say I wanted to spoof a text message. How would I hypothetically go about that?

Go to Ashley. Make sure Madison is not around.

Give Madisons Phone to Ashley.
  • Maybe it is. Whats it for you?
  • Im intrigued. Go on.
  • Count me in. What do you need me to do?

Give Madisons Diary to Ashley.
  • So youve go the password, Ive got the phone... whats next?

Open your inventory (i), click Madisons phone, then check contacts.
We now have Vickys phone number.

Make sure Leah isnt near Patrick.

Talk to Frank
  • Patrick got a bottle of wine! Hes been shoving it down his pants to hide it from you!
or
  • Patrick called you an ass-licking fart monkey!

Run after Frank. When Patrick is knocked out and Frank left, grab the bottle of Merlow Patrick dropped on the floor.

Talk to Patrick
  • About that favor you owe me. Can I use your cell phone for a minute?

Talk to Brittney
  • Hey Patricks looking for his phone. You havent seen it, have you?

Open the pantry door in the kitchen and take the Kettle.

Go into the room with the liquor cabinet. Left of Franks chair, there is a little table and behind the lamp youre going to find a cup of coffee. Take it.

Click on the stove in the kitchen and use it with the kettle. Then click on the kettle and use it with the coffee. Click on the stove again and select turn on.

Wait until the kettle is whistling. Click on it and use it with the empty cup in your inventory.

Give hot coffee to Patrick.
(he will refuse to take it)

Talk to Patrick
  • I guess Ill just give this irish coffee to somebody else then?

Give hot coffee to Patrick.

Now we have to wait while Patrick is sobering up.

Go into the study. Click on the laptop and select inspect. Then click on it again and select unlock. Click on it and inspect it again. Click on it and invite Lety.

Patrick will talk to you.

Talk to Patrick again
  • Looks like you left your phone with Brittney, but she wont give it to me.

Follow Patrick to Brittney. He will give you his phone after he talked to Brittney.

When Lety arrives, welcome her.

Give Patricks Phone to Katherine.

Follow Katherine into the study.

Talk to Katherine as soon as shes on the Laptop.
  • Can you send a spoofed Text message for me?
  • Hmm. Send it to 555-6969.
  • Send it from Rachael. 555-4242.
  • Hey come to Madisons Party and help liven things up?

Go to the Gazebo and take the Snowball bucket on the left.

Vicky should arrive soon, so welcome her at the door.
  • You must be Vickie Vixen! Ive heard a lot about you!
  • Rachael told me youre a lot of fun!
  • There are a lot of "Good Girls" here that need to let their guards down. And maybe a guy or two as well...

Save the game under "Snowballs"

(It wont hurt to have a safe file, in case the achievement bugs out.)

Open your inventory (i), click on the snowball bucket and select grab snowball. Now you have to throw a snowball at everyone on the party. To do that you have to hold the right mouse button to load up your throw. After releasing it, you will throw it at your target. Everyone will react with a unique voiceline after you hit them.

(If Madison doesnt aknowledge the snowball, you might have to talk to her again. Then try again.)

Start the game as a girl

Now we have to build a base and get to know everyone a bit first.

Lets talk to Pat and Rachael first, before they get into a fight.

  • So whats up? Are you enjoying yourself at the party?

Go into the study to talk to Brittney
  • You know Id do anything for you.

Give Brittneys Shirt to Brittney

Brittney will change and then talk to you.

Talk to Madison
  • Im Brittneys friend. She invited me over to bring her a shirt.

Save the game under DOJA BASE

Go to the Gazebo. To the right of the Gazebo is the Fuse box. Right under it you will now find the Paddock button. Click it and select Press the Button. Wait for the alarm to end.

Turn around. Near the fuse box you can find a hole in the fence. You can also hear someone behind it.

Click on the suspicious hole and select peek into
  • I dont live here

  • Trust a rando Fence-Lady? ... Im going bach to the party. Dont hold your breath.

Click on the suspicious hole again and select peek into
  • F*ck if I know, Im sick of this already. Im out.

Just stay at the hole (you can look through it if you want) and listen to Amala talking to herself. I had to listen to her farts twice before the achievement popped.

Talk to Amala through the hole again

  • I dont think thats what a furry is.
  • Madison just wants to be unique, you know?

Follow Madison into her room and knock on the bathroom door

Open the door and talk to Madison
  • It wasnt like that, Madison. We were all just trying to understand you better.
  • Madison, Im sorry if Ive upset you, really, but this whole sky animal thing... comes off as a bit silly.
  • Thats fine! But you dont have to go that far to get people to notice and like you.
  • Just be you. People like real you.
  • Thats what all of us are trying to do. Everybody on the planet ist trying to figure their ♥♥♥♥ out. itll happen.

Take the Natty Light of the bedroom shelf between the bedroom door and the bathroom door. Then take the one thats hidden behind the basket in the upstairs bathroom and the one thats hidden under the desk in the study (maybe crouch (c) for that one).

Talk to Madison
  • Regarding your mysterious neighbor Amala...
  • I can vouch for her. You should give her a chance.

Talk to Amala through the fence
  • Madison says you can come in! Meet me at the front door!

Wait at the front door for Amala to arrive.

Talk to Amala
  • F*ck yeah, lets root out this prehistoric primadonna.

Make a Save file "CAT INSIDE"

Give Amala a Natty light when Frank and Leah are not around

Follow her around until she is ready to take another Natty light. It might take a minute or two.

Take a run around the house and then go outside near the fire pit.

While we wait for her to be ready for a second beer, we will steal some stuff.
Be careful that Derekt and Madison arent around while you take things.

Take the Painkillers from behind the door in Madisons Bathroom.

If Rachael is talking to you about helping Patrick
  • Oh, Im just trying to get his booze. thats all.

Take the Broom from the closet in the art room.

Take the weird dinosaur suit from the closet in the study.

Take the Duct Tape from the Desk in the spare bedroom.

Take the coffee from the table next to Franks Chair.

Take the Battery Pack from the left drawer in the desk next to the liquor cabinet.

Take the Kettle from the Pantry in the Kitchen.

Take the Speaker in the dance room right of the fireplace.

Give a Natty Light to Amala when Frank and Leah arent around
  • Nah, youre fine. One more wont hurt anything.

Give the Painkillers to Patrick

Follow Frank. When Pat is knocked out and Frank left, grab the bottle of Merlow that Pat dropped on the floor.

Go into the kitchen. Click on the stove and use it with the kettle. Then use the kettle with the cup of coffee. Click the stove again and select turn on.

Wait until the kettle is whistling, then click on the kettle and use it with the empty cup.

Turn off the stove.

Give the hot coffee to Patrick.
(he will reject it)

Talk to Patrick
  • I guess Ill just give this irish coffee to someone else then?

Give the hot coffee to Patrick.

Give the weird dino suit to Amala

Talk to Derek
  • Youre looking kind of bored. Lets go hang somewhere else, huh?
  • Musics bumpin, lets go check it out.

Climb the gutter.

Talk to Derek.
  • Because you are self-conscious when you twerk so you wear the Dinosaur costume to create a barrier between yourself and the audience.

Talk to Amala

Derek will talk to you and give you the dino suit

Go to the laundry room, click the washer and use it with the weird dino suit.

Go downstairs into the living room, select the media dock in front of the TV and use it with Doja Cats MP3 Player.

Go behind the hot tub, click on the mound of dirt and use it with the broom.

Then click on the broom and use it with the speaker.

Click on the speaker and turn it on.

Go back into the laundry room and wait for the washer to finish. Click the washer and select open. Then click the dryer and use it with the wet dino costume.

Wait for the dryer to finsih, then click on the dryer and select open.

Open your inventory (i), click the clean dino costume and use it with the duct tape.

Give the Dino costume to Derek

Take a tour around the house. If you did everything right, Amala should show up at the Gazebo.

Talk to Doja Cat
  • Im great at completing menial tasks!
  • Lets talk about the stage.
  • Whats this about a live feed?
  • Tell me about security.
  • Whats the deal with these cameras?
  • No sweat, Ill let you know when I get this handled.

Go past the fire pit to the right and past the AC-Unit.

Take the wood planks.

Take the Hot Tub Cover.

Go into the garage.

Take the nails from the countertop.

Take the hammer from the shelf above the Natty light.

Take the Plexi-glass.

Talk to Patrick
  • Any chance you would be interested in being a cameraman for Doja Cats show?

Give Patrick the film camera
  • Youll have to ask her yourself.

Talk to Katherine
  • You seem preddy good with technology. Think you can hack a billboard?
  • Any chance you can fly a drone?

Give the drone to Katherine.

Katherine will now go upstairs to hack the billboard.

Talk to Frank
  • So Im going to go out on a limb here and say youd be interested in heading up Doja Cats Security.
  • Your talents are certainly unique.

Give the hammer, the nails and the wood planks to Frank.

Talk to Doja Cat
  • Katherine was able to hack the billboard. Were tapped in!
  • Katherine is going to run the drone, Patrick is going to handle the camera.
  • Frank is the head of security. He is going to board up the front of the house!
  • Gotta go!

Talk to Doja Cat again
  • I just wanted to tell you its been a pleasure to work with you.

Make a save file here: DOJA PARTY

Click on the base of the hot tub (not the seats) and use it with the plexiglass.
(If someone is using the tub, you have to wait for them to leave if your friendship-level isnt high enoug hto send them away)

Talk to Doja Cat
  • I put some plexiglass over the hot tub. Thats your stage!
  • Were ready for Dojas Dope-Ass Dinolicious Danceapalooza.
  • You got it, what do you need?
  • Im ready.

Doja will perform now but we have to put some work in to make it a success.

There are 3 weak spots: Frank, Katherine and Patrick.

Frank will call for help:
Run to him. Open your inventory (i) and use the Nails with the nailed windows.

Katherine will call for help:
Run to her into the study and give her the extra battery pack to help her out.
  • Back to damage control. Youre doing great.

Patrick will lose focus from time to time. Run to him and tell him to stay focus and to go back to work.
Patrick will leave twice: once into the kitchen and then left behind the house near the AC-unit.
The best plan is, to keep your attention on Patrick, until one of the others need you.

Get everything done and you will get the live stream cutscene.

Doja cat will talk to you
  • Oh yeah, that thing... in private... with Doja Cat...
  • *listen*
  • I guess its business time!

Start the game as a girl

We now have a few minutes to build a little bit of a base, before Liz Katz arrives. She will only come inside after we invite her in tho. So dont stress yourself too bad.

Go to the garage. The breaker panel is glowing in a red light.

Click on the breaker panel and select Reset breaker.

If Ashley or Madison are around while you talk to Liz, they seem to follow up on the dialogue by themselves. If theyre not close, you need to talk to them after talking to Liz and tell them that you found a clue about what has happened to Patrick.

Wait until Liz, Ashley and Madison are at the AC-Unit.

In the meantime you can open your inventory (i) and inspect clue #1.

Go into the living room and grab the tablet from the table under the TV. Make sure Madison and Derek arent around.

Go outside to the AC Unit and use it with the broom.

It will need serveral minutes, so maybe save the game if that makes you nervous.
We wait until the game tells us to go into the garage. It wont be pop-up but one of those bubble messages on the right side of the screen.
We wont do anything tho, we will just keep waiting for the next message.

Go into the garage and take the dusty Penguin.

Go to the fireplace and take the Matchbox on the right.

Go back to the AC unit.

Click on the broom aand use it with the penguin.

Now click on the penguin and use it with the matchbox.

Liz will talk to you.

Open your invetory (i), click on the tablet and select hold.

Now look down, click on the tablet and select open AC App.

You now have to go through the house and close the vents in the right order.

For this guide we will start with all of the blue vents as an example.

For me the blue vents are located here: Kitchen, Madisons Bedroom, Study

After you closed the blue vents, go and close the purple ones. After that go and close all orange ones.
