1. Go to Your Library
Step 1 : Right-click on Counter-Strike 2
Step 2 : Select "Properties"

2. Go to the General tab
Copy and paste it :

-novid -high +mat_queue_mode 2 -forcepreload 1 -nojoy -freq 240 -threads 17 +fps_max 0 +engine_low_latency_sleep_after_client_tick true -noreflex -nopreload +cl_updaterate 128 +cl_interp_ratio 1 +cl_interp 0.015625 -softparticlesdefaultoff -tickrate 128

No command : -allow_third_party_software ❌
I'm not writing about this command, because using the -allow_third_party_software command in Counter-Strike 2 can potentially affect your Trust Factor in the game. Trust Factor is a system that takes into account player behavior and the use of third-party programs that may influence the integrity of the game.
Here's an explanation of each parameter and its function in the context of Steam and Counter-Strike 2

-novid:

Skips the intro video when you launch the game. This can save time and make the game start faster.

-high:

Sets the game process priority to "high" in the operating system. This means that the game will be given higher CPU priority, which can help reduce input delay and improve performance in some cases, especially on systems where other applications are using a lot of CPU resources.

+mat_queue_mode 2

Enables multi-threaded rendering (on supported hardware). This allows the game to use multiple CPU cores for rendering, which can increase FPS (frames per second) and help improve overall game performance, especially on modern multi-core processors.

-forcepreload 1

Forces the game to preload assets (such as textures and models) before the match starts. This can reduce stuttering (frame drops or freezes caused by loading assets in real time) and result in a smoother experience while playing.

-nojoy

Disables joystick support in the game. If you're not using a joystick or gamepad, this can help free up system resources and slightly improve performance, as the game won't try to detect and manage input from these devices.

-freq 240: (set the image refresh rate that suits you, for me 240)

Sets the monitor refresh rate to 240 Hz

-threads (your cpu logical processors +1)

Sets the number of threads the game engine can use. In this case, it's set to 17, which is likely based on the number of logical CPU cores (if your CPU has 17 logical cores). If you have more or fewer cores, adjust this number accordingly for optimal performance.

+fps_max 0

Removes any frame rate limit, allowing the game to run at the maximum frames per second your hardware can handle.

+engine_low_latency_sleep_after_client_tick true

Optimizes how the game engine handles frame updates, helping to reduce latency. This setting is especially useful for online play to improve responsiveness.

-noreflex

Disables certain visual effects like reflections in the game. This can improve performance on lower-end systems by reducing graphical load.

-nopreload

Prevents the game from preloading assets at launch. This might reduce loading times but could impact performance if the game is asset-heavy during runtime.

+cl_updaterate 128

Sets the update rate to 128 updates per second from the game server. This is a common setting in competitive multiplayer games (like CS:GO), which helps make communication between the client and server smoother and more accurate.

+cl_interp_ratio 1

Sets the interpolation ratio to 1, meaning the game will interpolate between the client’s frames and server updates based on your framerate, ensuring smoother motion and more accurate hit registration.

+cl_interp 0.015625

Sets the interpolation time, which is the delay the client uses to smooth out movement and shooting. A lower value can reduce lag, but setting it too low could cause visual artifacts. The value 0.015625 is a fine-tuned setting to help with networking latency.

-softparticlesdefaultoff

Disables "soft particles" in the game. Soft particles are typically used to create smoother transitions for effects like smoke, explosions, or fire. Turning them off can improve performance, particularly on lower-end systems, by reducing the graphical load.

-tickrate 128

Sets the server tick rate to 128, meaning the server updates the game world 128 times per second. This is the standard for competitive multiplayer games (such as CS:GO) because it improves responsiveness and precision, making the game more accurate.
