If you don't wanna spawn them in manually with cheat menu or debug mode. I suggest subscribing to True Music Radio so you can listen through the radios.
Follow these steps:
1. Right click on zomboid in your library.
2. Click on properties.
3. In the general tab, for launch options type in -debug.
4. Launch zomboid.
5. Click on the small bug icon on the left side, it's the last icon in the same list as crafting or building is.
6. Click on item list.
7. On the top row select the Autotsar tab.
8. Look for the casettes and vinyls you want.
9. Select it then press the +1 icon in the window, it should spawn the casette in your inventory.
I know this looks like cheating, but the uploader themselves said so they don't know how to change the spawnrate, so you either will go with the DIY I listed out, or crawl through possibly thousands of houses only to not find what you wanted, or barely find any casettes or vinyls.
