Astra Hydro 18x [RE2]

Astra compatible hydroponics module for Reforged Eden 2 that maximizes the number of hydroponic bays by interleaving two layers of them. Basic and standard plasma turbines provide enough power to run all pentaxid bays and 2 food processors or 1 small constructor.

Upgrades:
- Hydroponics bays not included
- I haven't marked the area, but you can add normal steel hydro blocks to the 3 midships floor hydro bay locations for RE2 crops that don't have hydroponics bays:
--- Replace the container extensions around the existing hydro blocks
--- This area should be safe from radiation & heat (unlike the aft blocks)
