How to Fix Connection & Launch Issues

Forza Horizon 4 is still online, but the delisting update makes it hard to automatically connect at first. This is a one-time fix that will let you automatically connect and start the game normally

Failure to Connect to Online Services
After the recent delisting update this is required to do once

Step 1: Log Out and Log Back In
Before changing any files, most issues are fixed by logging out of your Microsoft Live account and logging back in. This may seem like a simple and obvious fix, but with the amount of menus within this game it is easy to miss

Return to the main title screen and log out. The screen will go white, a Microsoft log-in box will appear and you will be able to log back in. After entering your correct credentials, start the game normally and it should automatically connect to online services and multiplayer.
Game Crashes or Stuck on White Screen
ONLY DO THIS IF THE GAME CRASHES OR IS STUCK LOADING FOREVER
For example, if you boot the game up and see the spinner at the bottom screen attempt to load before crashing (black or white screen)

Open your game files and navigate to the Forza Horizon 4 folder and delete the file "TargetHardwareProfiler.dll"

After this, boot the game normally. It may require you to log out and log back in
Congrats! You can now connect to all online services
including Forzathon Live and Multiplayer

FOUND IT! Thanks man! The log out thing is on the very first menu when you first open the game, just logging out and logging in back helped to fix that connection issue!:steamhappy:

Do you know a way to get the dlc? I never bought it but I wouldnt mind spening money on it now, but somehow I can't purchase it anymore.
