[STEAM DECK] How to fix stuttering, low performance and laggy menus

in my ~80 hours of Persona 3 Reload on deck i have experieneced some stutter issues, so here is how to fix them, unlike in Persona 5 Royal you don't have to do this every single time when you launch the game.

What To Do

1. Press Y
2. Navigate to System

3. Navigate to Config

4. Navigate to Graphics settings

4.1 Disable (Ray Traced) Reflections

4.2 LCD ONLY set the frame limit to 60

4.3 Hit A to apply

5. Navigate to Display settings

5.1 set the resolution from 800p to 720p and the Screen mode from full screen/borderless to Windowed

5.2 Hit A to apply

Why Limit The Framerate To 60 On The LCD Steam Deck

When you limit the framerate to 40 fps on the LCD deck, when you go into the menus of the game it limits the framerate to 30 and not 40, it doesnt happen when the framerate is at 60 for whatever reason
