Tycherious' Consistent Vassals (Includes confebration feature) MK1212AD (Included in and so not compatible with my all-in-one su

Beskrivelse
Vassals no longer break their alliances with their overlords for refusing to join wars or defend. Similarly, overlords will not sever their alliances with their vassals for the same reasons.

This submod replaces Yogi's Confederation submod, as they are not compatible. However, I’ve incorporated the same confederation changes Yogi implemented, so you won’t miss out on the feature while also benefiting from more consistent vassal relationships.

Keep in mind, not all factions can have vassals—many use client states instead. This submod does not apply to client states and may evolve depending on the direction of my other projects.

Make sure to load this submod at the top of your load order, just below my Scripts Fix.

Feel free to share any feedback or issues you encounter. Thanks!

@lucy_b I totally get your frustration—I hate that issue too. The vassal system is pretty bad.

For now, I recommend occupying the last settlement, wiping out the faction, and restoring them via the button in the settlement menu (bottom left, in an eligible settlement). This resets their diplomacy and relations. (Shoutout to grandmaster DETrooper for that.)

AI tends to prey on perceived weaker factions, often targeting vassals over independent states. Ironically, once the overlord joins, the vassal usually ends up stronger, making the war declaration look ridiculous.

I’d like to improve vassal mechanics eventually, but I’ve got three projects to finish first. If you're interested in modding it yourself, I’m happy to help—just add me on Discord!

How can I stop my Vassals from declaring war on one another if they are under my control.

Fairly certain that's just a stylised lower case "d" lol

I believe you have a typo in the title, "confebration feature"
