First, you need to know that all lockups are spawned and available immediately after the lockdown round starts;you do not have to wait for Razor to show you them on the map.

There are 5 total lockups per lockdown round, but Razor will only make 3 of them enterable with a bike; for the others, you must pay a $100,000 bank fee.

Lockups can contain Blacklist cars, Story mode cars, Expensive hypercars like: Bugatti, Koenigsegg, LaFerrari, etc., and a bunch of random stock vehicles.

That is all you need to know, so good luck hunting. Also, it seems that if you set your crew to private by pressing LCtrl while in the Lockdown lobby, you won't be placed in a match with other players, just your crew. I do not know if it's a bug or an intended feature, but I recommend using it!

Also, you can find the Razor's BMW M3 GTR in a lockup without collecting all the other Blacklist cars but if you collect all 15 Blacklist cars including the Razor's BMW M3 GTR you get a BMW M3 GTR Legends Edition as a reward!

For smaller lobbies disable Cross-Play, you will get solo-2, 3 player lobbies more often, to do so go to the title screen, open settings, and game, and Enable Cross-Play-Off.
