This guide is to help you explore the in-game awards and their matching Steam achievements. Just a heads-up: the names of the in-game awards and Steam achievements don't always match, which can be a bit confusing.

Don’t be concerned when the achievements aren’t popping up right away—they don't unlock until the end of the game.

The Detective Steam achievement can be achieved by selecting Junior Detective at the start of the game and completing the game.

The Super Sleuth Steam achievement can be achieved by selecting Senior Detective at the start of the game and completing the game.

Keeping the Double Take high score

Finish the game with the high score in Double Take. Double Take can be found on the computer in the library under the "Student Life" section. The icon to the game will be in the top right corner.

Tip: This is easiest to achieve late in the game, after Izzy's term paper has been deleted from her computer. You will need to beat a time of 2 minutes and 43 seconds.

Note: This award corresponds with the Memory Master Steam achievement.

For your love of book titles

Perform at least 15 searches on the library computer’s catalog search engine. The searches don’t need to be successful; just complete 15 searches in total.

Note: This award corresponds with the Bibliophile Steam achievement.

Earn at least 10 credits throughout the game.

Ways to earn credits:

• Help Rachel with her web project (1 credit for each phase of the project)
  
• Make a snack order for a faculty member quickly (1 credit)
  
• Complete five or more full rounds at the Snack Shop in a single day (2 credits)
  
• Find and return the missing Poe book to the library (5 credits)

Note: This award corresponds with the Teacher's Pet Steam achievement.

For disregarding the rules

Earn at least 20 demerits throughout the game. This refers to the total number of demerits you’ve earned during the game, not your final demerit standing.

Be careful: You will be expelled if your demerit standing reaches +15 at any time. To avoid expulsion, earn at least 6 credits to counterbalance the demerits.

Ways to earn demerits:

• Make a snack order for a faculty member too slowly (1 demerit)
  
• Knock repeatedly on someone's door after 11 PM (2 demerits)
  
• On the Special Collections cabinet in the library, unscrew the flag on the left side to damage the display case (3 demerits)
  
• During the day, climb out the window of your dorm room into the front oak tree (3 demerits)
  
• Skip daily Snack Shop duty (3 demerits)
  
• Break into Paige's room (5 demerits)
  
• Get caught roaming the hallways after 11 PM (5 demerits)
  
• Pull the fire alarm (5 demerits)
  
• During the day, break into the locked classroom (10 demerits)

Note: This award corresponds with the Troublemaker Steam achievement.

CONFIDENTIAL

For following up on all the latest rumors

Talk to everyone about every text message you receive. Make sure all dialogue options are fully explored with everyone.

For after hours sneaking

After lights out (11 PM), sneak out of your dorm room. When Paige patrols the halls, successfully hide from her at least 10 times.

Hiding Spots (First Floor)

• Behind the curtain next to the piano
  
• Behind the chair with the blue blanket next to the entrance
  
• Behind the gold/yellow ottoman outside the locked classroom

Hiding Spots (Second Floor)

• Behind the bench right outside your door room

Note: This award corresponds with the Late Night Explorer Steam achievement.

For repeatedly challenging Leela

Play scram and/or air hockey at least 7 times.

Note: This award corresponds with the Master Duelist Steam achievement.

For your dedicated piano practice

Play the piano at least 5 times. To do this, click on the piano, play a few notes, back out, and repeat the process.

Note: This award corresponds with the Musical Virtuoso Steam achievement.

Keeping your fellow students fed

Successfully complete 10 full rounds at the Snack Shop.

Note: This award corresponds with the Short Order Cook Steam achievement.

For your enthusiasm in photography

Take 30 photos with your cell phone camera. To unlock this, your phone must have all photo slots filled at the end of the game.

Note: This award corresponds with the Shutterbug Steam achievement.

For constantly seeing if anyone's home

Knock on the doors of the other students at least 20 times during the game. Ensure you knock directly on the door itself—don't click on the doorknob.

Note: This award corresponds with the Room Service Steam achievement.

For correctly answering the question

At the end of the game, you will see a trivia question just before the in-game awards and credits. Provide the correct response to the question.

Tips
Once the trivia question appears, make sure to save your game. This will preserve the question, allowing you to reload the save file and make another attempt if you answer it incorrectly.
