How to fix
After many years I decided to play Batman Arkhan City again and here I was trying everything to solve this error, but it was a simple way that helped me.


Error

First step

Disable Steam sync with cloud save


Press the right mouse button in the game, click on properties

Click on the first option, I turned off cloud saving

Download this file

Save download[drive.google.com]

Open the game's save folder, pay attention to replacing the right file, if you have a save game, make a backup of it

normally the folder will be the folder with the most folders inside

Extract that file to my computer/Program Files (x86)/ Steam/userdata/<your id number>/ 200260


replace the files, a confirmation message will appear

Open the game normally,
create a save file if you want,
close the game go back to step 1 and activate cloud sync
