This uses the new aerodynamics script, so please ensure that it is enabled.
Use max efficiency and all block types enabled for the plane to work correctly.

J to open the cockpit window

C to toggle brakes

G to start the engine (It can be started by hand too)

A & D for roll

W & S for pitch

Q & E for yaw

Shift for throttle


To take off, turn the brakes on. Enter the plane, turn the engine on. Keep the brakes on and hold the throttle until the plane starts to move at a fair speed, at which then turn the brakes off. Keep holding the throttle and the plane should take off on it's own. You can use the pitch flaps to make this faster. The engine creates a significant amount of force on the plane, making it turn to the right and slightly downward.
When the plane finally takes off, release the throttle for a sec so you can gain control of the plane. Afterwards have fun, and don't hit any towers.
