An addon that balances the finale to Warcelona

-Commons no longer spawn before the finale even starts
-Random Tank no longer spawns at the start/before the event even starts
-Guaranteed single bile at start
-Added ammo piles midway so players can keep using upgraded weapons
-Added an M60 at the very end

Yes all of these are mostly complains from Nascoz's Warcelona video hence why i did this addon in the first place.

I played a single player game on advanced, still too many common infected, it's really irritating. I want a challenge I can get through I don't want to fight a challenge that spawning an unnecessary amount of commons

@Maqsud101 in the finale, im positive its only 2 tanks 3 at most. i think maybe you happned to play a modded server?

I thought it be underwhelming to remove that tank since it kinda creates some level of uncertanty of reaching the helicopter which i thought would lessen the tension without it. Honestly just save the vomitjar and bile tank hah.. (thats what i do)
