How to cure them
o cure diseases, you will need high-tier, normal, or low-tier medicine.
You can obtain medicine by finding it in chests, crafting it, or buying it from the Red Merchant

To prevent illness from occurring, all you need to do is provide good working conditions, such as food, beds, high san, and ensure they work normally. Not overworking

You may need to fling your pal off the medical cabinet to get them to use it though (not sure if it's a bug, placement issue), literally had a cue of pals with fractures, and they wouldn't use the cabinet just stood there in front of it, eventually I got annoyed and bounced them off it, and lo and behold they used it and went back to work.

Though kudos on the guide :)
