Show Culture Migration Restrictions

Beskrivning
This mod extends the state-population panel by the migration restriction value. This is the acceptance value that a culture must have in order to be able to migrate to the country. Religion is irrelevant for migration.

The culture panel also contains information on whether this culture can migrate.

The value in brackets is the difference between the acceptance value and the migration restriction.

Compatible with all languages.

Regrettably this mod breaks not only other state panel mods (specifically Compact State Overview), but also the base game functionality where the flags in state's Overview tab show whether a foreign country is occupying the state.
