Αt the time I write this guide, there is no possibility for cloud back up save to share your progress among your devices.
If you want to transfer your progress from a pc (windows) to another the process is very simple.

In the old device:
- Open the file explorer
- Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow
- Find and copy the folder: "VladimirPlyashkun"

In the new device:
- Download and start the game(then close it)
- Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow
- Paste the folder: "VladimirPlyashkun" over the other
