One thing I did notice is that Hard difficulty spawns the demons faster. There are downsides like volume of enemies on special rounds increases and the enemies do alot more damage. As far as doing damage to them, it becomes noticeable past round 7.
My personal loadout for Hard usually flexes depending on how I feel but I mainly use the Minigun with the perk being either Reload Fast, Heal Quick or Power Up. As of right now, I haven't unlocked Demonic Revive perk but that wouldn't be a bad idea for Hard either. For tactical, I just stick to molotov but as said on the guide, it ultimately doesn't matter.
If anyone is working up to getting the minigun, then stay on Easy/Normal and stick with the Mosin or AK-47. Mosin is nice enough for one-shot potential on Easy mode.
