Might as well take the time to include this little guide

1) Go to C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\HorrorGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
2) Open "GameUserSettings" with notepad
3) Edit "sg.PostProcessQuality" and "sg.EffectsQuality" to 0

I didn't bother finding out how to edit other things due to the extremely short nature of the game
