Remember: "Rome wasn't built in a day" - It will take some time for you to get the achievement, especially if it's your first attempt at it. By now maybe I've done this achievement around 20 times, and I can say confidently it will take between 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

-This achievement will take between 3800 - 5000 days. (The average is probably around ~4400 days)

-Avoid devolving, as we need ~64 DNA for the final step, it is best to save every 1 or 2 months, so we can revert and save DNA, however you can still allow 4 or 5 mutations, throughout the game, but if there's anymore revert, as the cost of devolving is too high.

-This achievement does require a lot of patience and luck, as these events are extremely rare, you can see the time difference between "Event 1" (3:53) and "Event 2" (4:22) , and this also goes for the last pop up (5:25), on average I had to reload the game several times, between 5-10 times to get the last pop up.
