Francisca Fondabe has over a hundred years of experience, making her one of the most powerful and influential sorcerers. She was once one of the five members of the core talent and skill association of the Warlock Brotherhood. Francisca was an important participant in the Xiannide Island coup, and she collaborated with Nefertigad to send the Squirrel Party to attack the venue for the benefit of the elf clan. After the coup, Francisca became the queen of the Elven Kingdom of Dol Bretana with the support of Nefertigad.

Life story
Francisca made her debut at a dinner party before the Sennide Island convention with Vigo Fortz, wearing a gray green lace trimmed dress. Yenifu introduced Geralt and called her the most beautiful woman in the world. The next day, Philippa Earhart launched a coup and arrested most of the members of the Warlock Association, including Francisca. When Philippa accused Francisca and her team of colluding with Nefertigad to betray the northern states and demanded their defense, the elf mage arrogantly refused to defend herself in the face of such serious accusations. Subsequently, Tisya de Veris, who was unaware of the truth, lifted the anti magic shackles of Francisca and her team, causing the entire venue to lose control. Francisca took the opportunity to escape and open the basement of Sennide Island, releasing the previously ambushed Squirrel Squad, including the "Iron Wolf" Isengard.
Afterwards, she took advantage of the crowd's lack of preparation and used the tool sealing technique to bring Yenifu to Baihua Valley.
