First when you have to choose the charcter select anyone but when you choose the weapon take the sign instead of the weapom (it means no weapon will give it too ya) you will unlocked as soon as you do that (Note: is not confirmed about it so take the info like as an idea how to get it)
(PS. sugestion or corfirmation of the info is welcome)
