Bubbles is a stern merchant from the United States of America. It's unknown which state he originally resided in, but it can be inferred that he's from the northern side of the states. While he bears witness to the horrors that are overtaking Europe, he only wishes to sell his stockpile to the highest bidder. In fact, he's not above from pillaging the corpses of dead soldiers if it means he can turn a profit. Although he appears warm and friendly to you, staying in his shop and doing absolutely nothing causes him to get annoyed. Otherwise, he's an old man past his glory days.
