(Non-Scripted) E3 2002 metal bullet impact sounds V2.0

This is the non-scripted version of 2.0 version of my mod. Meaning that this is compatible with other sound mods.

Changes are the sounds are louder and I also removed Doom 3 bullet impacts because they weren't e3 2002 consistent.

Watching the cancelled e3 2002 demo of half-life 2, I noticed that valve used metal bullet impacts that many fps games used back in the day. So I decided to find these sounds myself through the internet and port it into Half-Life 2.
