Below are screenshots of the correct button sequences needed to open up certain doors. Alien World Order doesn't have any doors that need buttons to be pressed in a certain sequence to open.

Before starting this, make sure that the bars with numbers above them match this screenshot.


If they don't, mess with the switch in front of them until they do.

Now, look behind the desk in the room containing the vault entrance. You'll find three buttons on the desk. Press the center one.


Go to the switch in front of the bars and press it until the dot that's second from the rightmost one is red.

The door will close after some time, so get the keycard as soon as you can! If you don't, press the buttons shown in the screenshot above again.
