Angery Man over Monstro

Replaces Monstro with the angery lil template boss from my Scratch boss engine.

Changes:

-Monstro into Angery Man (w/ champions and delirium, might do the FF champ at a later time tho)
-Monstro II into Angery Man 2.0 (w/ champion and delirium)
-Ministro into Angery Mini (animation is a lil funky with Last Judgment on tho)
-Modifies some Monstro-related item names:
-Monstro's Tooth becomes Strange Tooth
-Monstro's Lung becomes Monstrous Lung
-Lil Monstro becomes Lil Angery
-Compatibility with Enhanced Boss Bars
-Also changes that one sketch of Monstro in one of the Rep+ menus.
