@Erich same thing happened to me. I was so angry that I sat down and wrote this guide. Hopefully it will prevent this situation for other players.

Thanks for making this. I spent 75k on the Teraset Ring thinking it would be amazing.
I hate the -50% health. Wish I saw this sooner.

You have to progress the story to a certain degree to unlock the shop.

You buy them from Ostlar in the temple. He's downstairs, standing by the door on the opposite side of the room from the stairs. Hard to miss him once you know his location.
