Make sure Game Converter is running and that the correct sound device is selected.

1. Corrupted 7th Heaven installation:
Clean install:
Try a fresh install of the 7th Heaven mod manager and FFNx driver. Make sure you download the latest version and follow the installation instructions carefully.
Delete 7thWorkshop:
Delete the 7thWorkshop folder in your user directory (C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\7thWorkshop) and reinstall, making sure the paths are correct.
Delete .iro files:
Delete any .iro files in the 7th Heaven temporary folder ([game_directory]\mods\7th Heaven\temp).

RTX 3060.
Did you already have the game installed before setting up 7th heaven? Maybe it's a bug, but it's happened to me that mods don't work when I install the game later.
Completely close 7th heaven and install the game again. Open the game the first time and then open 7th heaven and configure it.
