@Castiel, yes, "High Quality" "Texture Resolution" is needed for nearly all my wallpaper, as said in the description, image quality is a priority, there's no texture compression, full 5K res, I want it this way, I started doing my own Wallpapers because I find many others to be poor res quality on my 1440p wide monitor... I upscale all original image to be high res... sorry
I don't know why WE behave this way, global rendering should be the same for all texture resolution, but it's not the case, if anyone have a solution, I could try to improve

"Eye Bleeding" does not work when "Texture Resolution" is set to High Performance, it only shows a glitched area on her chin.

Using the image from 4kwallpapers, I tracked down the original artist using saucenao: Feint on pixiv or @feint721 on Twitter.
